Sinaia House: A house built of uncalibrated round logs, completed at the end of 2015. Spruce logs with an average diameter of 35 cm were used for this house. The total built area is approximately 380 sqm. The ground floor was finished with tile flooring, and the upper floor with wood flooring. Beeswax was used for the interior finish of the logs. For sealing, the joints between the logs were sealed with elastic wood silicone in an oak color. The joinery is made of laminated wood, with double glazing and wooden shutters. The roofing is ceramic tile.
