Located in the Province of Novara, Italy, designed as a passive house, it has timber-frame walls with 150 mm insulation in the structural walls, OSB boards on each side, timber cladding on one side and plasterboard on the interior, finished accordingly. The floor structure is made of laminated timber beams. The roof was fitted with 200 mm mineral wool insulation, in a timber structure made of double rafters, laminated beams, and exposed wood paneling.
