How do you begin? This is the question every builder, investor or municipality asks when they need a timber structure. Below you will find the steps we take together — from the first conversation to delivering the structure, ready to assemble, at your site's gate.
We are a timber-structure factory, not a construction company. We produce the complete structure in our own facility — wood dried in our own kiln, cut and planed on 4 sides on our Weinig line — and deliver it numbered, with an assembly plan. You assemble it yourself, or with a team you already work with; if you don't have one yet, we can recommend 2-3 teams we've worked with before.

We start from one of the models in our portfolio, or from your own plan. Our design team adapts it and prepares the final technical documentation.
The structure is cut and planed on 4 sides on our Weinig line, using wood dried in our own kiln. We keep you updated with photos from every stage.
The elements arrive numbered, together with the assembly plan, straight to your address.
Depending on the size of the construction, we can suggest a few plans as a starting point. We discuss them together, then our design team prepares the final plans.
We then send you the structure's price — based on the amount of wood used, the complexity of the project and the equipment required — broken down by stage, together with transport details.
Throughout production, we keep you updated with photos from every stage, so you always know where your project stands.
